The applicant falls within the applicable NICF membership criteria and agrees to be bound by the Institute's Code of Conduct and Memorandum and Articles of Association. The applicant accepts that annual membership renewal is automatic, unless 7 days' notice of termination has been given and that membership is not transferable. Should the applicant not be accepted for membership, there is a right to appeal.

The Institute may send you information electronically from time to time, including notices of meetings. You agree that the sending of e-mails to the address provided on this form will constitute good notice in connection with any matter relating to the Institute.

I confirm that any installation photographs/images supplied by me or my company to the NICF may be used for the website and any publications or leaflets relating to the NICF.
