Croner - Changes in April 2022

All COVID restrictions ending in England and the worrying international news have captured everybody’s attention recently. Under the circumstances, we don’t want you to miss the relevant employment law changes that could affect your business starting April 2022.

The increase to the National Minimum Wage (NMW) and other statutory rates will impact businesses across the UK. Employers who fail to pay the NMW could face an employment tribunal or civil court case. They also risk damaging their reputation by being included in the Government name and shame initiative.
