NICF Annual General Meeting - 12 August 2020

The NICF Annual General Meeting took place earlier today in virtual format (a first for this particular event as it usually takes place at the FITA Training Centre in Loughborough).  It was certainly good to see members attending who would not previously have been able to do so (due to distance and time resource required to attend in person), but who through the medium of Zoom have found attendance possible this year - a positive to be taken from the current situation.  

The year end accounts for 2019/2020 were approved at the meeting, as were the minutes of the 2019 AGM and the Report of the Council for 2019/2020.

We would like to welcome newly elected Council members Darren Ash, Andrew Call, Darren Colledge, Rob Fitzgerald, Dan Jones, John Raine (Stairrods Ltd), Gary Scott (Hanson Plywood Ltd) and James Wilkinson.  The term of office for Council members is three years.

Brian King was elected to the role of President; Matthew Yerrell was elected to the role of Vice-President and Shane Moore was elected as Honorary Treasurer.  The term of office for these roles is two years.
